Payment Methods – Government Credit Cards (P-Card), Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. (No COD are accepted)
Sales Tax – Government, Military, and Business to Business sales are tax exempt with proper tax exemption forms provided to us.
Return Policy - Arma wants you to be completely and absolutely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with it, or if it isn't working properly, Arma will gladly accept a return on any item within 30 days of the shipping date for a refund of the purchase price.
(Shipping and handling charges are generally not refundable.)
All merchandise unless otherwise indicated may be returned within 30 days from the original shipment date for a refund. These terms apply to all refunds. Customers must inform Arma of any order discrepancy within 7 days from the invoice date so one of our customer service representatives can resolve the situation accordingly.
Our 14-day satisfaction replacement or refund guarantee is on all purchases, except:
If the item or item packaging is no longer in a new, pristine condition, we cannot accept the return.
Items purchased for one-time use cannot be returned after the product has been used cannot be returned.
Items that have been installed cannot be returned.
We cannot accept returns of electrical equipment.
All sales are final on clearance items or special order non-stocked items (sorry, no returns).
An RMA form must be completed and returned.
Once a return is received and inspected by warehouse staff (usually within 72 hours of receipt), a refund will be processed, with the credit applied based on the original method of payment. Refunds will be made within 7 days; please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied.
Order Processing Time - You can expect your order to be processed within approximately 24-48 hours, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with payment verification. Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays.
Secured Check out - Arma is committed to providing a safe and secure shopping environment for our customers, so the online security of your payment and personal information is a top priority. Once we receive your information through the internet (encrypted by SSL), we generate a credit card reference token which is then used in place of a credit card number when processing all transactions. The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) outlines rigorous standards for security procedures for merchants and service providers that store, process, or transmit cardholder data, and Arma.com is fully PCI DSS compliant.
What does all this mean for you?

Website Access - You agree that you will not access or attempt to access the Website other than through the interface that is provided by Arma, unless you have specifically been permitted to do so in a written agreement signed by an authorized representative of Arma. You also specifically agree not to access or attempt to access the Website, or any portion thereof, through any automated means, including but not limited to the use of scripts or web crawlers. You agree that you will not engage in any activity that disrupts or otherwise interferes with the Website (or the servers and networks which are connected to the Website). You agree that you will not duplicate, reproduce, copy, sell, trade or resell the Website or any part of it, for any purpose. You agree that you are solely responsible for any breach of your obligations under this policy and agreement and for the consequences (including any loss or damage which Arma may suffer) of any such breach.
Safe Shopping Guarantee - Fair Credit Billing Act: We guarantee that every online transaction you make will be 100% safe. This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping at our online store. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 for fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, we will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. We will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made while using our secure server. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
Privacy - Arma respects your privacy. We will never, ever, under any circumstances, sell or release your information to anyone except as outlined in our privacy policy.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction - Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or the sales transaction between Arma and Customer shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflicts of law rules. Specifically, the validity, interpretation, and performance of this agreement shall not be governed by the United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods. Arma and Customer consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and the exclusive venue of the State Courts of the State of Florida, Brevard County, to resolve any dispute between them related hereto, and the parities waive all rights to contest this exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such Courts. Finally, the Customer also agrees not to bring any legal action, based upon any legal theory including contract, tort, equity or otherwise, against Arma that is more than one year after the date of the applicable invoice.
Product Listings - Arma works overtime to ensure the accuracy in all item descriptions, photographs, compatibility references, detailed specifications, pricing, links and any other product-related information contained or referenced on our website. We are real, live humans and sometimes subject to error, so as hard as we try, we cannot guarantee that all item descriptions, photographs, compatibility references, detailed specifications, pricing, links and any other product-related information listed is entirely accurate, complete or current, nor can we assume responsibility for these errors. In the event a product listed on our Website is labeled with an incorrect price due to some typographical, informational, technical or other error, Arma shall at its sole discretion have the right to refuse and/or cancel any order for said product and immediately amend, correct and/or remove the inaccurate information. Additionally, all hyperlinks to other websites from Arma are provided as resources to customers looking for additional information and/or professional opinion. Arma does not assume responsibility for the claims and/or representations made on these or any other websites.
Product Revisions - Arma is not responsible for changes or variations in product specifications and/or physical appearance. In the interest of our customers, Arma works overtime to ensure that all product information is up-to-date and factual. Unfortunately, there are varying determinates which, although infrequent, could cause the information on our website to become outdated without our immediate knowledge. This includes but is not limited to new versions or revisions, color deviations, retail package alterations and other variations that may be considered inconsequential by the manufacturer. Arma relies on the manufacturer to communicate these differences. Presently we have no way of alerting customers prior to purchase in the event the manufacturer fails to do so. Consequently, Arma cannot be held responsible for product revision changes.
Limitation of Liability - In all circumstances Arma maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the items sold. Arma will not, under any circumstances, be liable upon a claim or action in contract, tort, indemnity or contribution, or other claims relating to the products it sells which exceeds this liability limit. Arma shall not be liable for third party claims for damage against the customer, or for malfunction, delays, interruption or service, loss of business, loss or damage to exemplary damages, whether or not Arma has been made aware of the possibility of such claims or damages.
Export - Any
part(s) quoted or sold by Arma and re-sold (to a third
party) CANNOT be sold to a USA embargoed country, company, entity, or
person(s). Depending on the ECCN, these commodities may require
export license or exception. Diversion contrary to U.S. law is
prohibited. Unless otherwise noted, this sale, order or quote may
include Munitions List Items (MLI) or Commerce Controlled List Items
(CCLI). MLI/CCLI property is controlled by the US Government and in
many cases cannot be transferred (exported, sold or given) to a
foreign country, a non-US Citizen/National or a non- Permanent US
Resident without a valid State/Commerce Department export
authorization. It is the responsibility of (the Purchaser) to
determine what the applicable requirements may be, to obtain all
necessary authorizations, licenses or approvals and are subject to
both review and acceptance by Arma The use,
disposition, export and re-export of the property covered or included
in this sale, order or quote is subject to the provisions of law
referenced in End-Use Certificate DLA form 1822, DEC 2001, including,
but not limited to, the Arms Export Control Act (22 USC 2751 et
seq.); Export Administration Act of 1979 (50 USC App. 2401 et seq.)
as contained under Executive Order 12924; International Traffic in
Arms Regulations (22 CFR 120 et seq.); Export Administration
Regulations (15 CFR 730 et seq.); Foreign Assets Control Regulations
(31 CFR 500 et seq.) and the Espionage Act (18 USC 793 et seq.)

Entire Agreement - These terms and conditions, together with Arma invoice regarding the products ordered by Customer, are the complete and exclusive agreement between Arma and Customer, and they supersede all prior or contemporaneous proposals, oral or written, understandings, representations, conditions, warranties, and all other communications between Arma and Customer relating to the subject products. This agreement may not be explained or supplemented by any prior course of dealings or trade by custom or usage.
